McCall Neighborhood Center, 3231 Wyoming Avenue, El Paso, TX, is extremely excited to be presenting our Bi-Annual Fundraiser, Legacy Benefit Luncheon. This year’s theme: “Building our Future…While Preserving our Past.”
The Center continues to uphold Founder Leona Ford Washington’s vision of a place in the southwest to showcase African American art, achievement, and culture. It is important to note that the McCall Center receives no financial assistance from any governmental entity. The Center functions with donations, contributions from our 50/50 Club, rentals, fund-raisers and special programs such as our Legacy Benefit Luncheon. The operations of the Center are totally dependent on the community.
The Luncheon will be at the Wyndham El Paso Airport Hotel on Sunday, October 6, 2019 at 2:00 p.m. We are honored to have El Paso FBI Supervisory Special Agent Jermaine Deans as the Keynote Speaker
Banquet tickets are $50.00. Ticket information may be obtained by contacting Ms. Barbara Byrd, Manager, McCall Center, at (915) 566-2407 or any member of the McCall Board of Directors.
In addition, we are developing a Souvenir Booklet to commemorate this milestone in our history. Booklet details are on a separate page. Deadline for submission of ads is September 27, 2019. For further information, please contact Mrs. Anna Howell at (915) 821-4267 or (915) 474-3942.
We hope that you will be included among those who help to keep the vision alive at McCall Center!
